This is the most corrupt police department I have ever seen. They harass upstanding citizens while refusing to prosecute a real criminal. It has always been a corrupt place but is much worse now. They really need to be investigated and each one removed and replaced with outsiders. The police chief refuses to do his job and the mayor is no better.
